An extraordinarily fresh, vibrant Tokaji sparkling wine in a cool and stylish package, with a screw cap. Fresh, light, with a hint of floral notes, pear-like and summer apple fruitiness, citrusy freshness, and lasting, exciting effervescence.
The sparkling wine is made from the two main grape varieties of the wine region: Furmint and Hárslevelű. We made a light wine through the controlled fermentation of grape must harvested from selected areas, to which we subsequently added carbon dioxide and bottled fresh.
After a cold and wet winter, spring was cooler than average, delaying grape development by 3-4 weeks. Summer brought extremely high temperatures, but much less rainfall than average. Due to the spring weather, the harvest started 2 weeks later than usual, on 20 September. The autumn brought plenty of sunshine and little rain, creating favourable harvest conditions. The vintage produced fresh and crisp sparkling and dry wines, as well as well-balanced Szamorodnis and Aszús capable of aging gracefully.
